简要介绍

20097月博士毕业至今,就职于中科院生态环境研究中心历任助理研究员、副研究员,从事逆境胁迫下菌根生理生态研究工作。期间赴英国洛桑研究所以访问学者身份进行学术交流。张莘博士一直从事逆境(重金属污染)胁迫下植物-微生物互作的生理生化机制以及土壤-植物系统中微量元素和污染物迁移和生物转化的机制方面的研究。至今已发表学术论文四十余篇,主持四项国家自然科学基金,两项“十三五”国家重点研发计划和一项国际科学基金。
