Abstract：Communication and learning are hallmarks of animal behavior but recent studies show that plants are able to perceive and utilize complex environmental information regarding imminent opportunities and risks. Prof. Novoplansky will present and discuss the ecological and evolutionary implications of communication, learning and memory in plants.
